An overview

While garments, textile and sweater

manufacturing industries are flourishing in

Bangladesh and playing a vital role in the

economy of Bangladesh, Naziat Group has

added a radiant chapter of quality and

garments) scenario. Using state-of-the-art

technology, the company is fully capable to

produce sweeties approximately 1,82,000

pcs. of finished products per month. The

All are 100% export oriented sweater

manufacturing companies with the philosophy

to provide maximum satisfaction to our

customers through continuous improvement of

operational efficiency, cost effectiveness,

latest designs and talents of our well-

organized work-force. The factories of these

companies are located near Dhaka

Mymensingh highway, a high rise industrial

building having 75000 sft. It is about 10

minutes drive to north then east from Zia

International Airport. All the utilities namely

gas, electricity. water and telecommunication

are available here.

The pioneer of the Company, is the present Managing Director of (1) Naziat Sweaters Ltd., situated

at 309, Challabon, Shah Kabir Mazar Road, Uttara, Dhaka-1230, a 100% Export Oriented Sweater

Industry also he is the Managing Director of Newly Formed (ii) T.S.R. Fashion & Design Ltd.

Situated at 309, Challabon, Shah Kabir Mazar Road, Uttara, Dhaka-1230.

He passed masters with honors in management from Dhaka University in 1985 held in

1988,immediately after completion of education, he started his service career with Sun man Group of

Industries at Chittagong, a 100% Export Oriented Sweater & knitting company in 1989 as

Commercial Officer.

In 1992, he joined with Lovely Group a 100% Export Oriented Sweater Manufacturing Group of

Company as Commercial Manager. In 1992 he joined with Oriental Sweaters Ltd. At Uttara, a 100%

Export Oriented Foreign Owned Sweaters Industry. In 1996, one of the partner of Oriental Sweaters

Ltd. floated a new Company in the name of Haesong Corporation Ltd. to manufacture 100% Export

Oriented Sweater. Mr. Shafiqul Islam joined there as assistant general Manager. By his diligent habit,

showing performance and efficiency, he promoted as General manager of the Company. During his

service with Haesong Corporation Ltd., he started thinking to establish his Own Business. At the

middle of 2002, he incorporated a new Company of his Own in the name of Naziat Sweaters Ltd.

Initially he installed 50 Knitting Machines and started to Manufacture Sweaters on Sub Contract

basis. Immediately after the end of One Year i.e. on October 2003, he left his job with Haesong

Corporation Ltd. He imported more Machines from winding to Finishing Section. By his well

reputation in the market and close friendly relation with Buyers, Buying Houses, he Procured lot of

Sub-Contract especially from Ring Shine Textiles Ltd., a large scale foreign Owned Group of

companies situated at EPZ and other places in Bangladesh. Ring Shine have their Buying House,

Textile Industry, Dyeing Industry & Sweater Manufacturing Industries. In 2004 Naziat Sweaters Ltd.

Started to Export Directly and from 2004 to till its Machineries increasing every year and side by side

its export volume also increasing every year.

Considering huge proportion and export Naziat Group flourished & installed its machineries in other

4 different places near the main premises.

Corporate office

Our Corporate office is located at 309 Challabon, Shahkabir, Mazar Road, Uttara,

Dhaka-1230. 10 minutes drive by car from the Zia International airport. It comprises a

team of highly qualified & competitive Technicians and Merchandisers; our team is

fully devoted & dedicated to their work.

Our office premises is well equipped with Client Wise Concerned Merchandising

Departments, General Merchandising Department, Quality Check & Assurance

Department, Lab Test department, Commercial department, Conference Rooms,

Collection of Samples, Internal IT & Communications Department, etc. All

departments are well arranged with lighting, inspection tables & computers where

technical issues are shared between our merchandisers, quality controllers & factory

officials.

SOURCING:

Naziat Group has tied up with major yarn producing units. The team sources local as

well as imported yarns. The company has license to Wool mark, Wool Blend.

MERCHANDISING SECTION:

Our merchandising section functions from the head office located in the heart of the

city to make easily approachable. Organizing new developments, quotations, order

confirmation, order bulk yarn and trims are all controlled by a team of merchandisers.

To help the merchandisers to keep updated on the production status, there is another

corresponding team of merchandisers functioning at the factory.

IN HOUSE QUALITY CONTROL

Naziat Group has given special emphasis on the quality of the merchandise product

under their banner. A special team of experts in quality control department under a

Quality Development Manager functioning from the head office.

Each and every single order is inspected by the in house QC team before offering any

inspections to the buyers and the team ensures that the product s rightly manufactured

as per the buyer's guidelines. Merchandisers help in making the QC team

understandable the need of each buyer's specifically so that all the aspects are well

looked after before the final production. The team leader report work progress on a

daily basis to the merchandisers.

Also in addition to this, the team conducts a factory evaluation programme internally

so that the compliance issues are looked after and the factory should run as per

demand of compliance of different.

Sampling Team We take special care of sampling department as we understand that the core of

garments is the samples. Sampling department is located in the factory in order

to have all the help of infrastructure to make the best samples with in

mimimum time.

The sampling team consists of 10 highly efficient technical personnel,

controlled by efficient designers, reporting directly\\to the merchandising team.

Our sampling department is well equipped to produce best samples in the least

possible time.
