Priprema
Luk sitno iseckati i propriti na maslinovom ulju. Dodati rendanu argarepu i kada se izdinsta, dodati seckane
ampinjone. Prodinstati jo par minuta zainiti, dodati orahe i skloniti sa vatre.
Prohlaenom masom puniti listove kupusa i reati u lonac, naliti vodom i kuvati na laganoj vatri nekih sat i po
vremena.
U fil se po elji moe dodati i olja pirina.

Priprema
Krompire narezati na listie, a luk sitno iseckati i sve zajedno izmeati.
Dodati so, biber, 4 kaike brana, origano, vegetu i naliti vodom da pokrije krompir.
U tepsiji staviti krompir i pei na 200 oko 45 minuta.
A u sve ovo ja volim da dodam oko 200 gr seckanog spanaca i saku pirinca i bez brasna; probajte...stvarno je
ukusno...

Sitno iseckajte praziluk i bukovae, a paradajz isecite na kockice. Izdinstajte beli luk i slatku papriku, pa dodajte
prethodno skuvano i samleveno ito. Dodajte zaine po ukusu, malo bosiljka i pripremljenom smesom napunite
paprike. Sloite ih u pleh za peenje, prekrijte folijom i pecite 30 minuta na 180 stepeni.

Priprema:
Oljuten krompir iseckati na tanje kolutove. Isto uraditi sa tikvicama i prazilukom. Na kraju sve to posoliti i
pobiberiti zatim, dobro promesati i staviti u posudje od grnarije (tzv zemljano posudje), poklopiti (prekriti folijom) i
pei na temperaturi do 200 stepeni.

Napomena: Sejtan, tzv. peninomeso, sadri do 70% proteina i vrlo nizak procenat masti i ugljenih hidrata.Odlina namirnica za zimu. Lako je svarljiv i brzo se apsobuje uz visok stepen iskorienja. Daje snagu, vitalnost ibrzo zasiuje. Pogodan je za ishranu dece, sportista i svih onih koji troe dosta energije. Kako je po sastavu gotovoist protein, idealan je za one koji vode rauna o kilogramima. Priprema:
Sitno iseckati crni luk i posuti sa pola kaicice soli. Dok mi izrendamo argarepu na krupno so e omekati crni luk i
pomoi mu da se bre oslobodi eterinih ulja. Na malo vode (isto onoliko koliko bismo dodali i ulja) izdinstati luk i
argarepu, uz naravno neprestano dodavanje malo vode. Kada luk i argarepa omekaju dodati na listie iseene
ampinjone, preliti jednom aom vode i ostaviti da kljua na tihoj vatri 10 -tak minuta. Dodati kaiku paradjz sosa ili
au soka od paradajza i kuvati jo 5 minuta. Dodati kaiku gustina razmuenu u malo vode i kuvati do eljene
gustine. Skloniti sa vatre pa dodati en sitno iseckanog luka, po potrebi zain, perun ili bosiljak i ostaviti
poklopljeno da se prohladi. Mi smo ovaj gula jeli uz makarone obarene na vodi...
Napomena: Zain nije preporuljivo kuvati u jelu na vodi jer posle nekoliko minuta kuvanja zain postaje gorak.
Takoe ako beli luk kuvamo na vodi eterina ulja iz njega e se vrlo brzo uegnuti i osetiemo opor ne ba prijatan
miris.

Potrebno je za dve osobe:
1 manja glavica crnog luka,
1 argarepa,
200 gr ampinjona,
1 kaika paradjz sosa ili aa paradajz
soka,
1 en belog luka,
1 kaika gustina,
zaini....

Gula od soje na vodi
Uzmu se komadii soje ( oko 150 grama) pa se obare u zasoljenoj vodi. Kada se skuvaju, procede se a u delu vode u
kojoj su se kuvali prokuvaju se praziluk, 300 g paprike, crni luk i argarepa (sve iseeno na kolutove). Posle pola sata
dinstanja na tihoj vatri, dodati olju paradajz soka i vratiti kuvane komadie soje. Posoliti i pobiberiti. Dobro ukuvati,
da ispari viak vode, a da ostane malo orbasto. Moe se na kraju dodati malo brana i aleve paprike, kao zaprka. Za
prilog dodati krompir pire, kuvani grasak, pagete......
Proja sa koprivom(zeljem ili spanaem) i prazilukom
(post na vodi)
Proja se pravi tako to se pomea kukuruzno brano, voda, praak za pecivo i so i zamesi se. U posebnoj erpi se
sitno isecka kopriva i praziluk (moe i crni luk) malo posoli i jako rukama izgnjei, potom se masa sjedini i pee.Tepsiju obloiti pek papirom i pei...
Ugrejanu tepsiju premazati voskom pa sipati smesu i peci; vrlo je ukusno!
