Description The following is a navigation guide to show where functionality can be found in FishServe’s new

online system. This document is in 3 sections;

1. Existing functionality: A list of features that used to be on the FishServe website and where you can now find them in the new online system.

2. New functionality: A list of some of the features that are new for you in the online system.

3. Delayed or changed functionality: A list of features that used to be on the FishServe

website, but are either being developed for future releases or the access has been changed.

In all cases, the functionality is only accessible to personnel who have the authorisation for that

area.

Viewer authorisation: This person will be able to view details for an area, but will not be

able to perform any tasks. Contact authorisation: This person will be able to view details for an area, but will not be

able to perform any tasks. All correspondence for the area will be sent directly to this person.

Manager authorisation: This person will be able to view details and perform tasks online

(and legally sign paper applications). It is likely this person is a contact person too, but if they have not been specified as such they will not receive any correspondence for the area.

There can be more than one contact, viewer and/or manager for each area.
