When you log in to Uber Central, you’ll notice that we’ve upgraded your dashboard.
More visibility to start each day
We upgraded the home screen to provide more visibility and whenever you need — on desktop, phones, or tablets.
When viewing rides for today, you’ll see a snapshot of activity for the day in 4 categories:
Awaiting pickup: This category of trip applies to when the driver
is on their way to pick up the rider.
In progress: These are currently active trips where your rider
is in the car with the driver and on their way.
Completed: A recap of today’s rides have ended—either successfully or canceled.
Upcoming: All the rides that remain for today. These can also
be edited by clicking into the ride card.

There’s also improved visibility into plans and history on the home screen:
Future rides: This is a roll-up of all future rides that are set to happen,
whether Scheduled Rides or Flexible Rides.
Past rides: All your past activity will live within this tab, including rides
from earlier in the day and any canceled trips. Search for
the past rides you need.
Draft rides: You’ll still have the option to save as a draft, to store all
the information that you’ve just input, then finish up later.

Set up rides for later with Flexible Rides or Scheduled Rides
Need to give your rider the control of when they ride? You can still set up a Flexible Ride in advance.
Need to schedule a ride in advance? Here’s how you will soon be able to set up a Scheduled Ride.
• With Flexible Rides, a car is sent on the date you select only once your riders
confirm they are ready - at the time that works best for them.
• Under Flexible Rides, click the date dropdown.
• Choose a specific date up to 30 days in advance.
• Your rider will get a text message prompting them to click a link
when they are ready to call their ride.
• Your rider will also get a reminder text when the driver is on their way.
• With Scheduled Rides, you set the specific date and time for your rider.
• Click the date and time dropdowns under Scheduled Rides.
• Choose a specific date and time beyond 30 minutes and within 30 days.
• Your rider will get a text message alerting them that their ride is scheduled.
• Your rider will also get a reminder text when the driver is on their way.

What will be different about organizing a ride?
Currently, you can schedule a ride for Today. Coming soon, you will be able
to adjust both the date and time dropdowns and schedule a ride for the future.
What if my rider can’t tap on a text link for a Flexible ride?
You can always go to any Flexible ride in the “upcoming” category of your home
screen and click “Request now” to immediately authorize a ride for them.
Why do I see all of the rides booked by every coordinator?
The dashboard will now show all of the rides for your organization no matter
who scheduled the ride. If you would like to only see the rides you have
scheduled, reach out to us at [email protected].
How do I access the new dashboard?
Log into central.uber.com to access your web-based tool. Click the
Feedback button on your dashboard to send questions or comments.
Can I switch back to the old version?
