Jan’15 to till date with DANWAY electrical & mechanical engineering, as Senior Project EngineerProject: Additional Butane Storage Tank Package A & B (BELLELI/DUGAS)

Key Result Areas:

Preparation of instrument data sheet, hook up drawings, System block drawings (DCS/ESD/F&G), layout drawings (Instrument/JB/F&G), I/O list, loop drawings,

Assigning junction box for the AI, AO, DI and DO signals systems wise and in each area by considering the spare. Procurement of instruments, impulse tubing, tube fittings, cables, cable glands with respect to NEC standards Co-ordination with DUGAS and PRACSI for tie-in works with the existing DCS (YAMATAKE). Participate in HAZOP study along with DUGAS for the plant F&G detection device location finalization. In-charge for Butane gas compressors with Aux. lube oil skids, 1st & 2nd stage scrubbers, separator, accumulator,

condenser, feed pumps, transfer pumps, 3.3kv jetty loading pump, storage tank. Installed the Honeywell Enraf Radar type, Servo type tank gauging system with VITO temperature probe. Independently did pump temperature relay (TR 600) testing and closed the FAT punch points. Loop test, functional test, instrument calibration, ESD/Control Valve stroke test (by using nitrogen). Coordinate with TYCO, ELLIOT and PRACSI to expedite the deliverables on time to site.

May’13 to Jan’15 with DANWAY electrical & mechanical engineering, as Senior Project EngineerProject: Al Sufouh transit system TRAM project (ALSTOM/RTA)

Key Result Areas: Skilfully performing installation of TIS track devices (Route request loops, Priority request loops, Eurobalise, AVLS-

Balogh, Axle counters, Traffic lights, tram signals, CCTV cameras & DCS antennas). In-charge for the installation for tram station devices(PID, VBS, Kiosk, Loud speaker, Ambient microphone, Paging unit

microphone, WIFI Bases) Overseeing the installation of TIS cubicles/panels with their cabling in stations and depot. In-charge for the Fibre optic and information & command cables installation, testing & termination. Monitoring the construction method to be applied according to contract specification and optimistically utilizing the

resource and completing the task in given time window. Preparation of fortnightly / monthly progress reports and updating the management. Updating the planning dept. and amending the program as per site condition. Materials procurement and site requisition through SAP system. Certified by APAVE to prepare the authorization of electricians operating in LV & HV and certified by Eurolink for Risk

Assessment.

Jan’12 to May’13 with DANWAY electrical & mechanical engineering, as Senior Project EngineerProject: Inter Refinery Pipeline-II project (DAEWOO/TAKREER) with oil storage capacity of 16 x 56,000m³

Key Result Areas: Skilfully performing installation of Level transmitters, level gauges, flow transmitters, fire & gas devices, CCTV, PAGA,

telecom system and their cabling activities Overseen the DCS, ESD and F&G Tie-in works inside existing plant, as an authorized Permit holder in brown field. Monitoring the construction method to be applied according to contract specification and estimating the resource

requirements to be utilized for the project. Procured the E&I cable glands for the complete project as per hazardous classification and design specifications. Updating the management with construction work status and projected plan. Gone to the bottom of constraints and overcome many on-site bottle neck obstacles. Deftly updating the program weekly / monthly and generating the project completion report.

Dec’10 - Dec’11 with DANWAY electrical & mechanical engineering, as Project EngineerProject: Abu Dhabi International Airport Expansion Project (ANNCG/ADAC)

Key Result Areas: Ascertained the preparation of engineering drawings (AutoCAD) for the air field lights, Visual docking guidance

system, high mast lights and LV power DBs. Overseen the installation of airfield ground lights, Jet fuel hydrant systems, fuel line measurement instruments with all

aerodrome safety procedures. Completed the E&I Tie-in works of Jet fuel hydrant system in existing ADNOC jet fuel pumping station. Provided project management update using Primavera P6. Handled the Electrical system design and field execution of entire electrical installation works as per specifications Managed the sub-contractors (CCH, BAYANAT, SAFEGATE & PROLOGIX) for the airport IT upgrade and

synchronization with the existing airport systems.

Dec’08-Dec’10 with DANWAY electrical & mechanical engineering, as Instrumentation EngineerProject: Fujairah F2 Independent Water & Power Project 2000MW combined cycle (ALSTOM/FAPCO)

Key Result Areas: Managed overall instrument installation for 5Nos. Of ALSTOM Gas Turbines (5x250MW GT26B) & 3Nos. Of ALSTOM

Steam Turbines (2x350MW & 1x180MW). Handled the specialized GT & ST sensors, instruments, JBs and prefab. vendor cablings. In-charge for the wiring & loop checking for the GT’s EGATROL and ST’s TURBOTROL control systems. Maintained the installation and inspection status of Power train instruments and I&C cables. Provided the total plant instrumentation status and constraints to the management for weekly meeting/review. Supported the QA/QC team to handover the system wise commissioning turnover package.

Handled the Fuel gas compressor and regulation skids instrument installation and cabling. In-charge for the installation of DCS panel, MCC panels, LV panels. Maintained the calibration, installation and inspection status of all instruments and plant I&C cables.
