• Non-subsidized NROTC program available to students entering college as a freshman

• Students are provided with all required uniforms and Naval Science textbooks

• Student may be a member of the College Program at an NROTC unit

• College Program MIDN, with less that 30 college credit hours, are eligible to apply to national board
