The prime job functions included:
-ZTE PROJECT-
Find the coverage of the network & to verify different
Parameters e.g. Rx level, Rx quality, Cell ID as per defined by the
operator.
Analysis of Call Drops, Blocked Calls, Handover Failures,
Excessive Handovers, Congestion, Swapping, Interferences, Poor
quality and Poor C/I.
Checking assigned Handovers and suggesting addition or removal
of neighbours.
Finding the reasons for any poor RX LEVEL, RX QUALITY, CALL
DROPS, delayed Handovers & Suggesting the possible
solutions.
Identification of correct Handover Targets for sites on all
major & secondary traffic parteries
Responsible of conducting BCCH Locked Drive Test before and
after Height Reduction
RF Physical Optimization by Antenna up tilting, down tilting and
reorientation.
Data Analyzing & maintaining the network performance report.

status of network coverage in street levels, in building and
commercial establishments as well as comparative data of
competitors. Carried survey, Walk Test & optimization for IBS
and booster installation.
Drive testing using kit to verify the network performance &
major KPIs (Rx Level, Rx Quality, SQI, C/I, C/A, HO failure, Call
Drop). Involved in analyzing Coverage, Quality, Co-channel(C/I) and
adjacent channel (C/A) interference and Handovers of the
network.
Core capabilities in planning new sites whether coverage or
capacity by evaluating particular area with regard to its clutter,
terrain and density of traffic and in conducting surveys for new
sites rollout.
The activities included foot printing of all the sites in order
to control the sites overshoot, Interference Elimination, Finding
missing & one way neighbors, coverage holes.

specialization in Electronics and Communication from BCET Ludhiana
punjab (Affiliated by PTU ) in 2011. 12th from Board of Secondary
