Our Professional version has even more amazing functions, such as the audio editor. With audio editor, you can be your own sound editor by playing, recording, merging, and editing audio files.

One additional important feature owned by Natural Reader is the OCR function. OCR works with your scanner to convert printed characters into digital text, which allows you to listen to it on your computer or edit it in a word-processing program.

I discovered Natural Reader after hearing that it was possible to have text from the computer read aloud to you. I have Asperger's Syndrome, which is an autistic spectrum learning difficulty.

I love to gather information, learn and research things on the internet, with current technology more and more information is digital rather than in a book, I use Natural Reader to read aloud passages from eBooks, I have bought, PDF documents, webpages with lots of text, and to read back to me things I have typed to 'hear them'.

This helps me greatly as although I am a visual kinetic learner, words are not pictures. Natural Reader has been a transformational and liberating product for me.

As someone that suffers from a learning disability, having this product to proof my emails, presentations and contracts, has allowed me to become more independent and not have the burden to rely on someone to proof my work.
