GIVE THANKS Over the years, they were there when you were married,

they baptized your children and they offered prayer and

comfort when your loved ones died. Now, they need your

help.

The retirement fund that covers the priest of the Diocese

of Saginaw is in need of your financial support.

Currently, there are 50 retired priests and many of these

men continue to provide regular ministry in our parishes.

Much of their retirement fund is supported directly by

your generosity. Please consider making a donation to

the Saginaw’s Priest Retirement Plan. This can be a one-

time offering or perhaps you would consider including

this as art of your estate planning. Donations can be sent

to:

Father of goodness and love, hear our prayers for the sick members of our community and for all who are in need. Amid mental and physical suffering may they find consolation in your healing presence. Show your mercy as

you close wounds, cure illness, make broken bodies whole and free down-cast spirits. May these special people find lasting health and deliverance, and so join us in thanking you for all your gifts. We ask this through the

Lord Jesus who healed those who trusted and believed. Amen.

When questions about the Liturgical Minister Schedule come up, it would be very helpful if you contact Linda Clark at the Parish Office. If not available, please leave a message 989-856-4933 Ext 6. Thank You for your ministry.

Retirement Fund for Religious Aging religious need your help. Senior Catholic sisters,

brothers, and religious order priests have offered their lives in

service to others—educating the young, comforting the sick,

seeking justice for the oppressed. Today, many are frail,

elderly, and in need of assistance. Your gift to the Retirement

Fund for Religious helps to furnish medications, nursing care,

and other necessities. Please give generously to our collection

next weekend.
