 5 REASONS   TO ATTEND

Many companies see Nationalisation as a Goal, and their main job is to recruit a ‘known’ number by the end of the year. If the number matches their goals, then they are deemed successful. However, this leads to recruiting in masses Nationals in menial or non-productive jobs, with little or no skills, knowledge or competency, and this in turn, lead a high percentage of Nationals to remain unskilled, have little development and be grossly de-motivated. This situation results in high attrition rates.

At the workshop you will…

1. Understand the changes in traditional ways of implementing Nationalisation programs

2. Discover how your organisation can make the GOOD Nationals want to work for you and stay even though you are not going to give them a high salary

3. Learn to improve your Selection Criteria and Selection Process for Nationals

4. Find out how to make Nationals feel ownership and accountability for what they do in your organisation

5. Get tips on getting your line managers and expatriate staff to help you wholeheartedly in your Nationalisation efforts

THIS IS AN EXCLUSIVE PROGRAM LIMITED TO 20 ATTENDEES!

MEET THE TRAINER

Ayadh Farooq is an Emirati with 30 years of experience in identifying and developing local talent in the Middle East. He is a coach and a policy consultant on Nationalisation. Ayadh received the Human Resource Leadership Award given

by the World HRD Congress. Also held the position of Director for National Development at Du Telecommunications and was the former Vice President of UAE National Development at First Gulf Bank in Abu Dhabi. Ayadh’s years of work, his experiences with Nationals and expatriates, and his passion for Nationalisation, led him to create numerous programs for changing mind-sets and developing Nationals. He created the Rounded Thinker Program which is the first workshop in the Middle East that teaches critical thinking and a change of mind-set specifically for Nationals. In Emirates NBD he created the successful Program for Accelerated Learning for newly hired graduates of the bank. This landmark program successfully churned out managers, leaders and thinkers for the bank who now hold prominent positions within the organisation. Ayadh continues to be called upon to work on changing the mind-set of both government and private organisations and the implementation of Nationalisation policies.
