Choice of 4 wedding sites in the Courthouse grounds all with access to power.
Exclusive use of areas of choice for 3 hours.
Use of car park for bridal cars, Celebrant and photographer.
30 cream wedding chairs with a choice of chair sashes.
A signing table is provided.
Cream feathered wedding pen for signing the marriage papers.
Courthouse opened for wedding photos.
Outdoor toilets.
Trestle tables (up to 4) with white cloths for post wedding drinks/finger food.
Extra chairs if drinks arranged in a different site.
Booking Interview and Wedding Rehearsal are essential.

Creek Setting
The Wedding Season runs from September 1st to the first Saturday in April. To enquire about bookings for Weddings or Photography in the Courthouse grounds – please contact one of the Wedding Coordinators:

The Wedding Coordinators are volunteers of the National Trust. The OHS Rules of the National Trust require each couple to nominate a ’Set Up Team’ to move the required trestles and wedding chairs by trolley, to the site selected for your ceremony. At the conclusion of your wedding the ‘Pack Up Team’ return the trestles and chairs to storage prior to departing for the wedding reception.The actual setting up time is not counted as part of your 3 hours period in the grounds. The Wedding Coordinators are flexible with the time of setting up prior to your ceremony.
Wedding Day
The Courthouse and grounds can be booked for bridal photography. The main gates and toilets will be opened.A fee is required and paid at the time of a short interview for details. This fee holds your booking date.Note: The grounds are never double booked for weddings or wedding photography.
Wedding Photography
In the event of extreme weather conditions the bridal couple are required to hire market umbrellas or a free standing marquee. At the time of Interview the couple will be given a brochure of a local company which supplies quality umbrellas and marquees.

Bookings for Weddings
The fees consist of a Booking Fee paid at the time of interview. The fee holds your wedding date and covers loss or damage. It is refundable following your wedding if time has not been exceeded and loss/ damages have not occurred . A separate Wedding Fee is to be paid 1 month prior to your wedding or at the time of your wedding rehearsal.The Wedding Fee covers a 3 hour period in the grounds allowing for a Wedding Ceremony followed by drinks and photos in the grounds and Courthouse.Please Note: The Courthouse does not have EFTPOS facilities. All fees are GST included. Fees are payable by cash, direct debit and cheque.
Wedding Fees
The National Trust welcomes couples wishing to use the tranquil Courthouse and Police Station grounds in the township of Willunga. A number of sites provide intimate settings for informal weddings or wedding photography.The historic buildings are part of Willunga’s heritage.
