Admission into B.Tech Program under JEE (Main) during 2016-2017

I Year B.Tech JEE Main students are informed to report to NIT Warangal during July 22-26, 2016.

VENUE: AUDITORIUM

Time: 9.30 AM to 1.00 PM and 2.00 PM to 5.00 PM

The following documents (Originals and two sets of photocopies) are to be produced at the time of Admission.

(1) Provisional Seat Allotment letter (2) X Class Pass Certificate / X Marks Sheet (3) Intermediate / X+2 Pass Certificate / X+2 Marks Sheet (4) Study and Conduct Certificate (5) JEE Mains Rank Card (Downloaded)/ JEE Main Admit Card (Downloaded) (6) SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwD (OBC-NCL certificate should have been issued on or

after 01.04.2015) (7) Transfer Certificate / Leaving Certificate (8) Migration Certificate (9) Four recent color passport size photographs

Note: (i) It is advised to keep sufficient number of Xerox copies for future requirement before submitting original certificates to the Institute.

(ii) Original certificates will not be issued to the students till their third year second semester.

Most economically backward (MEB) and other economically backward (OEB) students have to pay the full fee (as applicable to Open and OBC-NCL students). Remission of tuition fee as per MHRD norms will be effected after the submission of income certificate from competent authority.

Candidates are hereby informed to pay the Fee for the July, 2016 (Academic year

2016-17) through “State Bank Collect” Provided in the website www.onlinesbh.com

using Internet banking / Debit / Credit card (all other banks Internet banking / Card

payments are accepted through “SBH – State Bank Collect” for Fee payments.).

Candidates without bank account can also pay through “State Bank Collect”.

and print the challan form (which contains your particulars). Visit

any branch of SBH to make the payment using the challan. Submit

a copy of payment receipt when reporting for admission.
