Notice As per DoPT’s latest instructions issued vide O.M. No.14014/02/2012.Estt(D) dated 30th May, 2013 duly endorsed by the ICAR, New Delhi vide letter F.No.AS12/34/2012.IA-1 dated 3rd July, 2013, all the cases of compassionate appointments those have been closed due to completion of 3 year’s time limit, have to be re-opened on merits keeping in view the prevailing penurious condition of deceased family subject to full-filing the conditions mentioned in FAQ No.32-41 of above instructions. It is, therefore, all those (whose cases were closed due to non-availability of vacancies during the 3 years time-period & meeting the criteria mentioned in Sl.No.32-41 of above DopT instructions) are hereby requested to submit revised application immediately alongwith fresh affidavit about the present status of assets & liabilities (alongwith documentary proofs, if any), present marital & employment status of dependent family members immediately within due date i.e. latest by 15.10.2013. The affidavit should must covers the information as per specimen available at NDRI-website-www.ndri.res.in. The Competent Authority has also decided to re-open the cases as one time measure, therefore, the said required affidavit/information may be submitted immediately within due date failing which his/her case will not be reopened.
