71. Evolution of Life – Dark Ride

It is a 16-minutes ride commenced with a dynamic presentation on formation of the Earth and evolution of life forms. The exposition comprises of 56 robotic animal models divided into seven sections showcasing milestones of evolution of life on Earth. The visitors are taken in a slow moving electric car for this immersive experience supplemented by special light and sound effects. Each section is introduced through an audio-video presentation with the help of Computer Generated Imagery (CGI).

73. Science on a Sphere

‘Science on a Sphere’ is a demonstration show explaining animated static and dynamic images of Earth, its landmass, oceans, oceanic currents, temperature zones, clouds, climatic changes, snow cover areas, cyclonic storms and similar atmospheric changes projected on a 1.8 mtr diameter suspended globe. It helps viewers to visualise complex scientific data and processes in a simple way. The system uses the data obtained from satellites and the datasets are regularly updated to present latest atmospheric picture on Earth. One can have a look at the places where the earthquakes had occurred on Earth in the last few years, how did the Tsunami waves travel to various coastal areas, how is the artificial illumination pattern in various regions on Earth, how dense
