ConferenCe overview technology demonstrations

live demonstrations will be held on Tuesday, april 10, from 7:30 aM to 12:30 pM outside in three adjacent hotel parking lots. More than 30 industry partners will demonstrate products, practices, and systems showcasing the details of these integral elements of our constantly evolving set of bridge preservation tools.

This will be a unique opportunity to see firsthand the outside demonstrations showing new, innovative, and field tested applications.

To allow you to see as many of the demonstrations as possible, they will be running concurrently and presented several times by each demonstrator. a site layout for the demonstrations and industry locations is noted on a separate page for ease of use during the demonstrations. The map and a short description of each company and their demonstration will be included in a separate booklet.

technical presentations

The conference program on Monday, april 9, Tuesday, april 10, and Wednesday, april 11 will be devoted to technical presentations by

bridge preservation experts from doTs, local transportation agencies, aaSHTo, fHWa, academia, and industry.

More than 80 presentations will be given on topics related to condition assessment and preservation of decks, superstructures, substructures, and joints as well as performance measures, asset management, and research. The program is organized into three concurrent tracks. Mixed in with the technical tracks will be four panel sessions as listed in this program. Thursday morning will be devoted to regional parnership meetings and a conference wrap-up presentation.
