NATIONAL BLOOD TRANSFUSION SERVICE CENTER USAID is collaborating with the Ethiopian Ministry of Health to build the National Blood Transfusion Service (NBTS) Center in Addis Ababa. The new facility will enable the Ministry of Health to build internal capacity and expand blood donation, processing, and life-saving transfusion services, which are currently hosted by the Ethiopian Red Cross.
