What iGCDP is?
iGCDP in AIESEC FTU HCMC is leading Xchangeresults in AIESEC Vietnam. Every year we delivermore than 200 iGCDP experiences and are aimingto reach 300 this year. Our LC is also known as aninnovative LC who takes risks and tries newimplementations. We are the first LC who
developed NGO/NPO projects in AIESEC Vietnamand new projects are established every term. Inthe last National Conference - ILEAD 2016, LCFTU HCMC was honoured the LC ExcellenceAward of AIESEC Vietnam term 2015.

Founded in 2011, we aim to upgrade living standard,what so called fate of people, develop the society by
taking small steps.Our vision and mission: From the very begin, we shapeY Tâm as a social enterprise with a vivid vision andstrategy. We believe that everyone deserves an
opportunity of better life and should not be isolatedfrom others. Our main focuses are Education, societyand people, for 5 years of sustainably working, we haveachieved some certain successes including rasing fund,building bridges, houses and financial support for
students.
While most of us find it easy to go to school everyday, thousand ofVietnamese children out there have to swim, walk a long road along
the river bank, travel by boat or even use self-made slings to goacross the river. Those are dangerous and unsecured means of
transportation especially in flooding and raining seasons that theyhave no other option but to suffer in order to chase their education
dream. Several injury and death cases have been reported everysingle weeks, some parents eventually dread schooling and let their
children at home working rather and risking their life. Facing thisdismal problem, we feel impelled to take action and deliver children
what they deserve.

Y Tâm charity organization is always hungry to help and nowcalling for your support. We hold many several events during a
month with careful plans and detail strategies to raise fund, findsponsor, open English classes, and building activities involved
bridge, school and well for children of the local places. Y Tâm alsohold a monthly trip to rural area to do research or charity event.

-Work with Y Tâm team to build fundraising plan and organizefundraising events, activities-Engage in charity trip each month to rural areas in Vietnam;participate in basic building activities: build constructions such asbridge, well and school-Develop content and create designs for social media channelsand website to promote Y Tâm’s activities and aware people aboutthe campaign-Teaching English at homestay (also office) for poor student-Fully participate in AIESEC activities and fill 2 feedback surveyssent during and after the internship - Fill in 2 AIESEC quality surveys during and after the internship- Join LC activities, integration activities and bonding with interns
