DESCRIPTION
NATCON is the National Leadership Conference which brings together the most promising young leaders of six universities (Universities of Colombo, Moratuwa, Jayawardenepura, Kelaniya, Peradeniya, IIT and SLIIT). The aim of this conference is to provide an opportunity to the incoming leadership body of AIESEC Sri Lanka to collaborate and share experiences while planning for the future betterment of the organization, which is supported by the theme, “Act. Lead. Inspire”. Enjoying participation and Living diversity are two of our organization’s visions, and to replicate this, the participation would be diverse and vibrant. Over 150 delegates who are at different academic levels (undergraduates & recent graduates) from different faculties and diverse backgrounds will be present at the conference. Hence, for an organization, this would be a unique opportunity to meet all these ambitious and charismatic young leaders under one roof.
