Personal consultation by phone with a
specialist IP lawyer who will discuss
your business, your brand, and the
goods and services you provide using
your trade mark.
KEY WORD SEARCH
We undertake a ‘Key Word’ search of
the UK and EU trade marks registries
to try to identify any identical trade
marks which will automatically be
notified of your Application.
BEGIN REGISTRATION PROCESS
Complete Napthens’ Trade Mark
Registration form online.
PUBLICATION
Once any objections are overcome (if
possible) your Application proceeds
to publication which will take
between 2 to 3 months.

SUCCESSFUL REGISTRATION
If no objections or oppositions
raised, your Application will be
successful and we send out your
Registration Certificate.
