The chemical composition of synthesized FeS2 and Au@FeS2 which acquired by FESEM-EDS is presented in figure S1 and S2. The EDS spectra of FeS2 and Au@FeS2 composite showed the existence of Fe, S in pure and Au,Fe and S in composite respectively.
