Namrta Sudan is an Associate Partner with the firm. She completed her law degree from Symbiosis Society’s Law college, University of Pune and
has an experience of more than 16 years in the legal professional. She has worked with the corporate commercial law practice group and the intellectual property law practice group.
While working with the corporate commercial practice group, she has handled a wide mix of matters including reviewing, drafting and finalizing of various Indian and International agreements, term sheets/LOI’s, MOUs, labour & employment agreements (senior management
personnel agreements), real estate agreements (MOUs, term sheets, construction agreements, agreement to sell, lease and license agreements etc.) agreements and transactions relating to media and technology, telecom and IT.
She has also worked on Indian and cross border transactions involving acquiring/transferring, majority/minority stakes in Indian companies and has also advised on risk liability, litigation, regulatory approvals/clearances (FIPB approvals) etc. she has also actively handled mergers and have also advised clients regarding corporate restructuring and matters relating thereto.
