5. Are my interests overseen by lawyers? Yes, unlike the majority of developers in Thailand NaMara Group require purchasers make use of experienced

Thai lawyers to fully protect their interests, your designated lawyers for the project are Netiraksa Law Office, legal

fees are billed direct to you so that the lawyer is working on your behalf. The estimated legal fee to handle your

transaction from signing to completion is 25,000 Baht.

6. Is there a management company already in place? Yes, the company that purchased the land will enter into management agreement for the development with a

for long term residence. However if you wish to rent your Villa for short periods of time the management

company will enter into a rolling agreement when you are not in residence so that the whole villa - in its entirety –

can be let as vacation accommodation.

10. Are there any restrictions if I want to sell? NaMara Residences have no restrictions when selling on the unit other than the incoming purchaser is bound by the

same conditions in your purchase contract. This is to insure all owners are protected in accordance with their

purchase contract.

11. What security do I have when I exchange contracts, regarding my funds? The reservation fee of 100,000 THB will be paid to the developer to secure the unit, after the signing of contracts the

deposit will be paid when authorized by your lawyer to the developer, further payments will be certified by the lawyer

that they are payable in accordance with the contract then you transfer to the developer upon receipt of certification

from the lawyer.

12. What does buying off-plan mean? It is really quite simple you are buying a brand new home that is to be constructed in the development and get first
