Gathering Hymn: “All Creatures of our God and King”
1. All creatures of our God and King, lift up your voice and with
us sing, Alleluia! Alleluia!
Thou burning sun with golden beam, Thou silver moon with
softer gleam, O praise Him! O praise Him!
Alleluia! Alleluia! Alleluia!
2. Dear mother earth, who day by day unfoldest blessings on our way,
O praise Him, Alleluia!
The flowers and fruits that in thee grow, let them His glory also show;
O praise Him! O praise Him!
Alleluia! Alleluia! Alleluia!
3. Let all things their Creator bless, and worship Him in humbleness;
O praise Him, Alleluia!
Praise, praise the Father, praise the Son, and praise the Spirit,
Three in One; O praise Him! O praise Him!

Prayer of Approach & The Lord’s Prayer – Rev. Allan Brouwer
Lords’ Prayer
Our Father who art in heaven, Hallowed be Thy name.
Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our trespasses as we
forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not in temptation, but
deliver us from evil, for thine is the kingdom, and the power and the glory
forever and ever. Amen.
Responsive Reading: Psalm 67 – Rev. Allan Brouwer
Praise: “Christ Our Hope in Life and Death”
1. What is our hope in life and death? Christ alone, Christ alone.
What is our only confidence? That our souls to Him belong.
Who holds our days within His hand? What comes, apart from His
command? And what will keep us to the end? The love of Christ, in
which we stand.
Chorus
O sing hallelujah ! Our hope springs eternal; O sing hallelujah! Now and
ever we confess Christ our hope in life and death.
2. What truth can calm the troubled soul? God is good, God is good.
Where is His grace and goodness known? In our great Redeemer’s
blood. Who holds our faith when fears arise?
Who stands above the stormy trial? Who sends the waves that bring
us nigh unto the shore, the rock of Christ?
Chorus
3. Unto the grave, what shall we sing? “Christ, He lives; Christ, He lives!”
And what reward will heaven bring? Everlasting life with Him. There we
will rise to meet the Lord, then sin and death will be destroyed, and we
will feast in endless joy, when Christ is ours forever more.
Chorus
O sing hallelujah! Our hope springs eternal; O sing hallelujah! Now and
ever we confess Christ our hope in life and death. O sing hallelujah! Our
hope springs eternal; O sing hallelujah! Now and ever we confess Christ
our hope in life and death. Now and ever we confess Christ our hope in
life and death.
Scripture: Matthew 28: 16-20, Acts 1:8- Rev. Allan Brouwer
Hymn: “May the Peoples Praise You”
1. You have called us out of darkest night, into Your glorious light, that
we may sing the wonders of the risen Christ.
3 | P a g e
2. May our every breath retell the grace that broke into our strife with
boundless love and deepest joy, with endless life.
Chorus
May the peoples prise you, let the nations be glad!
All your blessing comes that we may praise, may praise the name of
Jesus.
3. All the earth is yours and all within, each harvest is your own, and
\from your hand we give to you, to make Christ known.
4. May the seeds of mercy grow in us for those who have not heard, may
songs of praised build lives of grace to spread your word.
Chorus
5. This our holy priv-‘lege to declare your praises and your name to every
nation, tribe and tongue your church proclaim.
Chorus
Bridge Holy, Holy, is the Lord Almighty. Worthy, worthy, is the lamb
who was slain. Holy, holy, is the Lord Almighty. All creation praise your
glorious name.

Closing Hymn: “We’ve a story to tell to the nations”
1. We’ve a story to tell to the nations that shall turn their hearts to the
right, a story of truth and mercy, a story of peace and light, a story of
peace and light, for the darkness shall turn to dawning, and the
dawning to noon-day bright, and Christ’s great kingdom shall come on
earth, the kingdom of love and light.
2. We’ve a song to be sung to the nations that shall lift their hearts to
the Lord, a song that shall conquer evil and shatter the spear and
sword, and shatter the spear and sword, for the darkness shall turn to
dawning, and the dawning to noon-day bright, and Christ’s great
kingdom shall come on earth, the kingdom of love and light.
3. We’ve a message to give to the nations, that the Lord who reigneth
above hath sent us his Son to save us, and show us that God is love,
and show us that God is love, for the darkness shall turn to dawning,
and the dawning to noon-day bright, and Christ’s great kingdom shall
come on earth, the kingdom of love and light.
Benediction – Rev. Allan Brouwer
“Go Now In Peace”
Go now in peace. Never be afraid.
God will go with you each hour of ev’ry day.
Go now in faith, steadfast, strong and true.
Know He will guide you in all you do.
Go now in love, and show you believe.
Reach out to others so all the world can see.
God will be there watching from above.
Go now in peace, in faith, and in love.
Amen, Amen, Amen.
Postlude
Words for the Weak
14 For Christ’s love compels us, because we are convinced that one
died for all, and therefore all died. 15 And he died for all, that those
who live should no longer live for themselves but for him who died
for them and was raised again. 2 Corinthians 5:14-15 New International Version (NIV)
