Office: Admission’s Office Philadelphia Campus, (2 openings)

Position Title: Office Assistant

General Description: Primary functions are to perform various office tasks, assist with prospective student events, individual visitors, current students, faculty and staff.

Hours of Work: Monday through Friday, 9:00 am until 5:00 pm, with some evenings and weekends.10 hours per week

Pay Rate: $10.00 hourly

Supervisor’s Name: Ms. Marlita Lee, Admission’s Administrative Assistant

Qualifications:Must be reliable and flexible. Have excellent interpersonal skills and professional phone etiquette. Familiarity with database systems, ability to perform data entry and proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel). Ability to work in a confidential environment.

Specific Tasks: Answering phones, checking office voice messages daily, greeting

visitors, mailing admissions materials, copying and shredding. Host individual prospective students, provide campus tours, and at times

airport transportation Assist with prospective student events Data entry of applications and forms into admissions database Other duties as assigned
