  • *MyPBX technical training includes 3 parts. The first part is the introduction and basic settings. After learning this part, we will be able to know the modules and models of MyPBX. We will be able to deploy the MyPBX for customer;The second part is about advanced settings and solution for MyPBX. After learning this part, we will know the detail steps to configure some advanced features.The third part is about the background knowledge for MyPBX. We will learn how to log in MyPBX CLI, asterisk CLI, to learn something about analog telephony, ISDN telephony, something about SIP.We can say, three levelsThe first level is to know and use the MyPBX. The second level is to play with the MyPBX. Some advanced features, interesting features.The third level is to fix issues for customers.

    *Level 1 training will bring a new user to MyPBX. As you can see here, level 1 includes two parts, introduction of MyPBX and the basic settings.*Level 2 training will show you some interesting features of MyPBX and will guide you with detail steps to configure these advanced settings. **Part 2 will show you some common solutions of MyPBX. Like remote extensions, phone provisioning, outlook integration and so on.**It is not as simple as ABC when we try to troubleshooting. We need to learn some background knowledge. We will focus on the troubleshooting part. **We will see some common issues and the solutions for this issues in this section.*
