Click on "+" icon next to the Sub Folder or Folder in whichever you want to create a PowerTooltip and add Digital Duct tape

Add a Tooltip Name and add rules

Select the area where you want to apply duct tape and click on"Color bucket" to change the default color
Duct Tape is applied to hide a sensitive area

Select this checkbox to enable the alert for duct tape

After you reload the page you will see the duct tape in action.
Click on it to view the alert message

This is how the message appears, click "Ok" and note that after the popup disappears the areahidden under the duct tape will start showing

Similarly, you can also hide the area by making it transparent. Forthat, you need to select the radio button next to the option"Make element invisible"
Also, for this option we don't get the alert checkbox
