In the beginning…
In 2004, the Kuali Consortium was formed to create the
Kuali Financial System, an open source financial information system.
The University of Hawaii is a founding partner of the Kuali Consortium.
Kuali Coeus (KC) is based on MIT’s Coeus system for research administration.

myGrant?
Anyone who submits a proposal for research and non-research activities

myGrant may be accessed via UH login ID

Information is entered into different fields in the myGrant system

What happens after a proposal has been funded and an award received?
After a proposal has been awarded, information is entered into myGrant by ORS. Serves as system of record.
