SUBJECT: VERY IMPORTANT My Yabang Letter - MYL

PI/ACRES/SLA team,

As you will remember, earlier in the year Carol and I promised you that at the end of the year we will have a performance bonus system that reflects your hard work and your contribution to our company. That time has come.

In order for Carol, your manager, and I, to properly understand your contributions, we would like you to write us, in English or Filipino, My Yabang Letter or MYL. Here are some notes/details of what MYL is all about:

1. MYL should specify what you feel are your major contributions over the past year.

2. MYL is mandatory for everyone.

3. MYL should be as short but as complete as possible, from half a page to a full page.

4. Direct and to the point use bullet points if possible.

5. Submit via email or hard copy to Carol or me, by no later than November 23, 2012.

6. Carol or Kim will be available to help you if you want some help or direction in writing your letter.

7. We do NOT want you to be shy, but we also want you to be truthful and accurate in what you list as contributions.

This is probably the one time in the year when we will tell you NOT to be humble or shy only Carol, your manager, and I will see your letter, it will be held in complete confidence. If we do not know about your hard work or contributions, it will not be reflected in your bonus!!! Here are just a few examples:

1. If you worked over weekends, include it and let us know.

2. If you traveled extensively for the company and made a lot of sacrifices like being away from family, let us know.

3. If you are consistently the first one in the office, or the last one out, let us know.

4. If you introduced new deals, or new buyers, let us know.

5. If you created magic at the RDs or at court, let us know

6. If you were driving at 4 am for work, let us know

7. If you participated and worked beyond the normal hours in doing due diligence, or in the Servicer Transition, let us know.

8. If you discovered a problem with the FTI process that proved valuable to PI, let us know.

9. If you were able to complete special projects, let us know.

10. If you made Carol happy by giving her merienda, let us know.

For most of the year we, and your managers, have been very busy, and sometimes did not notice your contribution. This is the time to correct that, and make sure your hard work is properly recognized.

We expect to give you your bonuses on or before the Christmas party, so your MYL is due no later than Friday, November 23.
