Okay so I know I’ve done most of this week’s photos already because well,

fashion week throws everything out of sync. But it all kind of jumbled up. So

here’s the rest of the week, with only a little bit of a fashion event… Just a

little… In photos. If you’d like up to date on these events by the hour, pull down

1. A quick beer at a cute little bar in Shoreditch. One thing I’ve learnt about this

blogging business in the last week, & I’m going to say this as politely &

professionally as possible: if you’re willing to collaborate with me & my blog,

please be more competent & professional at your end of showing up to

meetings. I know shit happens, but communication is key. However in this

scenario, I got to explore a little bit of Shoreditch & have a beer, can’t

complain!

2. The Catwalk to Cosmopolitan event in Battersea Park was great, networked

with some great companies including Billion Dollar Brows & make up

company Urban Decay. The star-studded event included people such as Louise

Thompson from Made In Chelsea, a lot of fabulous fashionistas, & a catwalk

show of AW14 high street collections.

3. I have finally found a pair of glasses that suit me! Thanks Mum! Karen

Millenhave always been one of my favourite brands… Now to lose a bit of

eyesight in order to justify this purchase… Hmm.

4. I fucking love doing my nails. At 2.30am without fail, if I’m sleepless,

restless & unable to turn off the current Netflix series, my nails are my time-kill.

I’ve usedEssie Cocktail Bling & Model’s Own Pink Fizz.

5. Today I had a lovely trip out with the parentals, lunch at Jamie’s Italian (my

favourite), I can’t quite get enough of Italian culture, & a bit of shopping to

cheer me up from my exhausting time at Fashion Week (I ran myself ragged!)

6. #ParkaSelfie! This new baby is from Topshop & my absolute fave new thing

in the world. Living in Cornwall, I’ve needed a practical Autumn/Winter parka

for so long, & the fur detail just sells it! Buy it here at £78 from Topshop –

7. To tell you the truth, & my darling fellow bbloggers (beauty bloggers) will

judge me for this, I have never ever got my eyebrows done professionally until

Thursday! Yeah, I KNOW, until now I have failed as a woman. To tell you the

truth I’ve had bangs for so long that I’ve never needed to take much care over

them, but lately, I dunno, I’ve been converted to Cara Delevingne when it

comes to my eyebrow game. But fuck off am I going to be one of those people

who draw them on. No. I can’t take that seriously.

8. On my way to the Cosmo event, my walk along Chelsea Bridge at dusk was

perfectly captured through the ‘Instant’ filter on iPhone iOS8 software. I’m a

filter junkie when it comes to phone photos, I cannot even help it.

9. The Horst Exhibition was excellent. I collaborated closely with the Fashion

Photography course on my last two years at Falmouth, & hope to see some

fantastic work come of my year group while they go into third year (I’m taking

a year out to work on this blog & earn some money!) Such an inspiring

exhibition, beautiful photos, worth a visit!
