COMMUNITY TOWN HALL QUESTIONSCFAY leadership responds to questions at quarterly town halls by members of the Yokosuka community.

Town Hall Question: Is there any way to increase the availability of parking in the area around U.S. Naval Hospital Yokosuka? I find parking a challenge when I have an appointment.

Answer: There are a limited number of parking spaces at the hospital and around the installation as a whole. Recently, CFAY has designated additional general parking areas

close by the hospital. In 2018, CFAY converted the parking lots around Jyuban and Kyuban Towers (Unaccompanied Housing) to general 12-hour parking. These parking lots will contribute to the overall number of parking spaces in that part of the base, helping the customers of the hospital and nearby facilities. We ask that if you notice a vehicle violating parking policies

for patient-only parking areas next to U.S. Naval Hospital Yokosuka, please report it and its location to CFAY Security at 243-5000.
