3 Magnesium alloy cast slab/billet
Magnesium alloy cast slab is used to make magnesium tooling plate or feed to the magnesium slab
extrusion or magnesium slab rolling mill to get magnesium sheet. Magnesium cast billet is a
feedstock for forging magnesium parts.
We use the wrought magnesium alloy LFEC tech to cast the wrought magnesium alloy slab/billet
in semi-continuous casting process. The wrought magnesium alloy has fine surface and inner
evenly alloying element distribution, no air vent and dendrite, etc.
We can supply in customised cut sizes on request or via our standard size range. Billet/slab is with

Magnesium alloy plate/sheet/coil facility always adopt the low frequency electromagnetic casting
tech to get the semi-solid magnesium slab via the semi continuous casting process, then extrusion
the slab to strip. The magnesium plate (strip) would be rolled through 3 individual rolling mills,
finally got the magnesium plate/sheet/coil on request.

8 High Purity Magnesium Hydroxide
High Purity Magnesium Hydroxide, the chemical formula is Mg(OH), white solid, crystalline or
amorphous powder, insoluble in water, alkaline solution, dilute acid and ammonium salt solution,
decomposed to magnesium oxide and water by heating, the initial decomposition temperature is
340oC, the decomposition is completed at 490 oC. Adopting the advanced technology, processed
by reaction synthesis, filtering, washing, drying processes, the content more than 99%, average
particle size is 50μm, bulk density is 1.29g/cm3, also supply on request, it can be processed to 1~
50μm, the bulk density reach 0.3~1.29 g/cm3. The product if safe and non-toxic, non-hazardous
to the environment, does not belong to the flammable, explosive product. The quality is better than
other similar product. The product uses the bischofite (MgCI·HO2) of Qinghai Salt Lake as raw
material, adopting synthetic production, all products reach the high purity level, as the end product
can be used directly in the flame retardant (iron and steel, non-ferrous, chemical, plastics, rubber),
electronics, medicine, food and other industries, where the greatest demand is flame retardant
industry, it is also used as the good raw material of the production of light purity magnesium oxide,
high purity heavy magnesium oxide, pharmaceutical grade magnesium oxide, food-grade
magnesium oxide, electrical oxide magnesium, silicon steel grade magnesium oxide and other
high-end magnesia products. The product as an excellent flame retardants and filler can be widely
used in EVA, PP, PVC, PS, HIPS, and ABS plastic, can also be used in unsaturated polyester,
paints and coatings. In environmental engineering as a pollution-free neutralizer, filler in the paper
industry, gas purification and boiler exhaust gas and waste oil desulfurizer, also for magnesium
manufacturing, sugar refining, pharmaceutical, tooth powder, insulation materials, wire and cable,
conveyor belt, the wind guide Jane, electrical equipment, new building materials, glass fiber
reinforced plastic products, paints, and as a soil conditioner and so on, is an environment-friendly
functional material.
