Our Mission StatementTo provide a quality of life implementing to

become Ruby's, Diamonds, Jewels and sapphires

by creating Community generosity and

involvement

The foundation is set up to mentor girls and

adolescents ages 12-24 years old in East Contra

Costa County who are underprivileged being at

risk, entering the judicial system and transitioning

through foster care. The foundation focus is to

create jobs implementing it’s precedence

having short and long term goals. The program

offers our youth in East Contra Costa County a

opportunity to build their job readiness skills,

their confidence, and their self esteem to become

resilient girls in the universe to lead by example

having a system follow up that will allow each

individual the opportunity for growth and

advancement and to become responsible adults.

Company History65 Max started its operations from the home –garage in January of 2005 by founder’s Ron and Pamela Henderson. The Speed Limit sign “65 Max” is our corporate creative concept regarding dreams and aspirations in the music Industry servicing genres R @ B/Hip-Hop on 65max.com website. Obey “the speed of life and arrive to your destination in style having no limits to exposing your talents and passion. Our custom logo designs were fashionable apparel wear on t-shirts, hats, jackets, belts , hooded jackets and accessories implementing the federal and state law codes 305-307-79-107-500-588 .

When Children are taken out of the home and Transitioning through foster care they endure pain and

suffering. A child’s journey becomes heartfelt regarding not having the opportunity to bond with their

siblings, court visits with their mothers and families. The resources being able to participate in

recreational opportunities that help them to become responsible adults with confidence. It is our duty

as a society to help young mothers whom have fell through the cracks in the system at risk to identify

and take responsibility for their actions and be given the resources to earn a income to present

themselves in front of a judge showing their initiative to become responsible parents who has the

counseling and parenting certification resources and the means of income to feed their children.

Currently there are 340,569 displaced youth in foster care in California 49% are girls who represents the 1,164 through out Contra Costa County abroad. It is projected that 427 girls within 3 years being 75% will have successfully completed our program.

through Calvary Temple church located in

.Pamela Henderson President/founder I have 15 years in business management and a

commissioned notary public. I received my certification attending the National Development Institute as a (CNC) Certified Nonprofit Consultant in 2014. My responsibility will oversee daily operations and facilitate the new orientation meetings and assist with mentor scheduling and updates. Student weekly progress reports and assessments. Execute monthly stakeholder’s reports. and deploy work schedules and maintenance materials. Monthly inventory and accounts payable and vendor distribution and receiving.

Dora Ann Anderson Secretary her expertise in leadership and youth mentoring in the non-profit sector. Ms Anderson currently teaches at the children’s church at Creek Pointe as an assistant under Pastor Ramon Hyde. Ms. Anderson currently advocate at the Chamber of Congress in Atwater Ca and a member of the Socialites organization Dora Ann responsibility will assist with scheduling monthly meetings organizing fundraisers and entertainment seminars and events. Executing the clerical needs of the organization and assisting the president of the daily operational needs.

Cynthia L. Stewart (CFO) Cynthia currently holds title at Startek I nc as Human resource/recruiting manager for 15 years. Cynthia responsibility is Teambuilding and recruiting, resolving vendor and client

complaints budgeting forecast, project implementation and training. She will assist with daily operations and vendor management needs.

The foundation plan is to partner and hire Eagle One call center to handle all the incoming recruiting referrals and needs of our prospects and organization.

The foundation will seek qualified professionals in the future to strengthen the board of leadership and to become one of the best foundations world-wide.
