(1)Major observations/ Finding: The group is started in 2011 by the loan received from

panchayat. Five members are in this group. The shop of the flour mill under the

ownership of one of the member named Sherly.The group members houses are near to

the shop. They work very cooperatively and successfully. The mill opens at10am to8 pm.

Their products are mainly marketing to a private medical college canteen and nearest

shops, villagers etc.

(2)Suggestions For Improvement: A separate machine for coriander powder.

They are planned for making new products like chicken masala, spices power etc.

(3) Initiatives undertaken for betterment: To inform the MEC to prepare a project report

of Technology Fund for this group.

(4)Initiatives needed for Improvement: The unit members have not got any training from

kudumbashree yet.

So proper training need for making chicken masala, spices masala etc.
