C. Describe a time when you took a great risk. What was the outcome?

I think that I took a great risk when I made a decision to leave the corporation where I where I had been working during 3 years for creating my 1st startup in

wedding sphere.

My comfort zone had been kept by this office,

ITIS Flowers Café outlets…

and ITIS Gallery showrooms…

I organized joint events…

and established new partnerships…

I managed the motivation programs for the employees.

I developed the corporation style and identity.

I organized in-store promotion.

I developed the concept and content for the corporation websites.

I worked with press and media…

…and collaborated with celebrities.

I created internet PR campaigns.

I managed the magazine and participation in festivals and exhibitions.

One day I left all of these for the only idea… to create an innovative and useful website in order to help the brides in the most exciting period of their life.

Where assistants of my friend are the only ones who are paid salary. And my sister will substitute me during my education.

So, answering your question: I AM ON THE TIME OF A GREAT RISK. I long for creating a successful business where I will be able to realize my current knowledge and skills and develop new ones. Nevertheless I don’t trust the statement that the formula for success consists of the innate entrepreneur sense and a big luck. Each business is full of risks. And these risks can be predicted in the case of following the correct laws and processes. To study them and consequently to minimize my risks I chose the IE business school.
