This is a collection of compositions that I created during this school year; I have written five compositions each unit The first one I have learned how to describe a friend The second one I have learned how to describe a place for example: my favorite restaurant The third one I have learned how to write a blurb for the back cover of a novel The fourth and fifth was about an e-mail

Learning reflection

Writing helps me practice English and learn a

lot of vocabulary, grammar and how to create

different types of documents.

Name: Brando Marin Fabre Position: High school student Brando studies high school at prepa 1. His friends call him Bran. Bran was born in Mexico City, He Studies the 5th grade of high school. Bran speaks Spanish and a little bit of English, in his free time he likes to play video games and tocho. He plays college football at Broncos Prepa 1

My favorite restaurant is “toks” because the

food is very delicious.

You can choose from a wide range of dishes like

eggs to arrachera.

They use

fresh and

good

ingredien

ts. The

menu

includes

enchilada

s,

arrachera, caldo tlalpeño, chilaquiles, etc.

The service is great and I love eating in this

place with my family or friends.

This is the story of Patch and Nora, the novel is

set in Phoenix. The book tells the story of an

impossible love

between Nora and

Patch but also

there is failure.

The story keeps

secrets throughout

the entire plot. It

is a science-fiction

story because it is

about Angels.

The book tells that

Nora is the leader

of the angels. Obviously Patch is an Angel and

this is a big trouble.

Hopes and Fears

Dear Mr. Ellis

I’m getting in touch about your advertisement

for a major international sporting event.

I´m interesting in the sports world, especially

athletics like discus, etc.

I can speak excellent English, good Spanish,

some French and a little bit of Italian.

I have experience because I have worked at

other international events like salesman at

“Expo 07” and tour guide at a local museum

last summer.
