This guide provides Navy & Marine Corps customers purchasing wireless services
under Contract N00244-18-D-0003 details on how to obtain access to My Business
which provides access to online reporting & account maintenance tools.

Who do I contact for my My Business Access?

Who can have access to My Business?
• The Designated Wireless Manager/POC or
Contracts person listed on the funding document is
provided with access to the My Business portal as
an Administrator.
• The Designated Wireless Manager/POC will
receive an enrollment email with the subject line
“My Business Registration.” Please note that these
are system generated email messages and they
are occasionally caught by filters. Be sure to check
your spam or junk mail folders as well as your
inbox.
• The email contains a secure link and 7 Digit
Verification Code. Simply click the link and follow
the instructions provided.
• The Administrator may login and establish access
for additional Navy users once access is granted.

What if I need to request access to The Verizon
Enterprise Center?
• Access to the Navy portal is highly restricted. If
you are unsure of who is listed as your
Administrator and require assistance, then you
may contact your Global Enterprise Advisor at

Standard Reports
Follow these steps to find a report that shows commonly needed useful information: Total Spend,
Number of Devices, Zero Use, Overages, and OCONUS Roaming.
Note: Changes made to end user attribute(s) may not reflect in reporting for up to 24-48 hours.
From the Manage Account menu select Reports
Select the report category Charges > Select
“Analyze Phone Charges – Wireless Number”
Set your report range, then use the buttons
to download, schedule or run the report.

Build Your Own Reports
Several pre-defined reports exist in My Business. However, you also have the option of creating a
custom report if it better suits your needs.
Note: when creating a report you cannot combine Report Types (ex: Purchase Activity, Usage
Activity, etc.).
From the Manage Account menu select Reports 1

Schedule Reports
Use the convenience of scheduling a report to generate when you need it. Scheduled reports can be
enabled to automatically run monthly or just once. Generate the report on a select date and send
notification the report is available to multiple people if needed. Note: Schedule reports to be set to
automatically run 7-10 days after the end of your bill cycle.
From a report click the Schedule Report button

Memo Bill Reporting
Memo bill allows for a reproduced copy of the Wireless Number paper bill to be distributed to
identified company contacts. The distribution is flexible in the online portal.
From the Other Reports section select
Memo Bill1 Select the Period and Wireless Number. Then Run Report.2

Raw Data Download Reporting
The Raw Data Download (RDD) is a standard report available through My Business and is the
method by which agencies can download call detail for multiple mobile numbers at a time. This data
can then be uploaded into a company's internal systems for re-configuration. Please note that RDD is
intended for wireless program managers.
• Available on-demand
• Replica of the paper bill invoice
• 4 .txt files - Tab delimited
• Flexible download options
• Run RDD requests for a bill account approx 5 days after the close of the bill cycle
• Example: Account A has a bill cycle close date = 10. Run RDD around the 10th of the same month
• Accessible by all user roles who have reporting access
• Users with access to individual accounts can request RDD

Online Invoice
Accessing your bill online is easy. Feel confident your information is available and there is no need
for a paper invoice. Download, print and export if needed in My Business.
From the Manage Account menu select View Invoices
Use the dropdown menu to view the invoice for an account.
Use the links on the page to view details and download
invoices.

Account Maintenance
A full range of Account Maintenance transactions are supported online with near real-time changes that feed to the internal billing system and sync up with both billing and reporting. Note: Changes made to end user attribute(s) may not reflect in reporting for up to 24-48 hours.

Account Maintenance
Can I use My Business to order service?
Unfortunately, due to funding requirements, My Business does not allow our Navy customers to place
orders online at this time.
What if I already have a My Business login, can I use it and see my Spiral 2 accounts?
Yes. You will be able to use your existing My Business credentials for multiple accounts under Spiral
2 Contracts. We have created two separate account numbers as unique identifiers associated to the
Task Orders.
