Mohammed (Mo.) is a young boy living his life in the gang riddled
streets of hackney as he tries to find his identity alongside his brother
who is involved with the local gang. Despite him leading this road
which is destined to end in disaster he is persistent that he’s doing it to
set out a better life for Mo so that he can go into further education.
But college is the last thing on Mo’s mind as he openly aspires to be
like his brother (Rashid.) trying his hardest to find himself in the same
league as his brother who soon begins to question the life he’s chosen
for himself when his friend is stabbed to death. As he begins to realise
that there’s more to life than just sex and drugs Mo begins to go off
the rails, and more so when he discovers that his role model is
homosexual. As Rashid’s gang turns against him Mo must find a way
to save his brother’s life.

Overall the reviews for this film have generally be quite positive the
writers along with the content of the comments all appear to praise
the same areas of the development of the film. They all comment
on the commitment of Sally along with her “Non professional
cast.” and have described the film as “Tense, involving and superb.”
giving the film a well deserved 4 stars out of 5 and have
encouraged people to see it. I think that although the film appears
to be well done it wont get as much attention as the newest edition
to the James Bond series because it’s (MBTD.) very much in the
shadows whereas the James Bond films have been running for 50
years, as the years have passed existing fans will be dedicated to see
each film which will pick up new fans along the way too. Hence the
heavy advertising.
