Female supervisor wonders if profanity is an indicator of

that he started his frightening profanity when he started to
lose an argument. He was using his language to threaten fellow employees to get them
to back down.
These behaviors have no business need; they are
totally inappropriate for the business world. Thus, there is no need to tolerate low-
level aggression or to wonder when is the right
time to intervene.
