Mutton chops 1 kg - Mutton chops 4 tbsp - ginger- Garlic paste 3 –onions 6 - Tomatoes 5 tsp - Red Chilli powder 3 tsp - coriander powder 3 tsp – Garam masala powder 3 tsp - chaat masala Oil for cooking Salt as per taste Cooking soda - 1 small pinch Make a paste of onion and tomato. Take a pressure cooker, add oil and add ginger garlic paste. Sauté till raw smell goes off Now add the ground tomato and onion, sauté till transparent. Add mutton pieces and salt and sauté for a few minutes. Now add 2 tsp of chilli powder and coriander powder and add a cup of hot water to it. Close and cook the pressure cooker for 15 minutes. After opening let the dish simmer for a few minutes. Add chat masala and garam masala cook till the gravy reduces to a thicker consistency - almost dry. Sprinkle coriander leaves before serving.
