Run reports by catalog owner or co-publisherto quickly identify royalties generated byadministration and participation deals.

Why do I need Administration &Participation?Unless Music Maestro stores the relationshipbetween a writer and publisher for anadministration or participation deal (whichthis module does), you would have to know

or remember that relationship existed whenreviewing standard reports.

The module makes it easy by providing incomereports for administration and participationtypes.

Invoicing

Create self-billing invoices for your clients,which include automatically calculated salesand withholding taxes.

Customize invoice templates in Microsoft Word,

which Music Maestro uses when mergingreporting data.

Why do I need Invoicing?Invoicing removes the tedious process ofhaving to manually create invoices for clients.

Even better, it allows you to provide excellentcustomer service because your clients dont have

to go through the process of invoicingyou, either!

Licensing

Create synchronization, permissions andmechanical licenses. Enter licence informationincluding territory, use type, terms and fees, andgenerate the physical licence agreement with acustomizable Microsoft Word template.

Once issued, you can easily see all licensesassociated with a work, track the status of alicence, and congure reminders for options.

Otherwise, you are relying on the third partieshaving sufficient information to pay collection

societies. Without the correct data, they will notbe able to make payments for unmatched songs.

Maestro Report Writer

Design and distribute your own reports based onyour Music Maestro data.

Allow colleagues who dont use Music Maestroto view and run reports on a web-based report

viewer.

Why do I need Maestro Report Writer?Writing your own reports can unlock valuableinformation about your business, and MaestroReport Writer allows you to build reports andshare them with colleagues.

Productions & Cue Sheets

Why do I need Productions & Cue Sheets?If you load data from productions without thismodule it remains completely unstructured.You cannot identify what income relates tospecic productions except by manual freetext searches of archive royalties - you will be
