Participated in multiple work-out sessions with GE Corporate leadership teams. My personal success was bringing the GME payroll process into our scope.

3. Research and Development – Global Payroll SolutionsThis is a prestigious initiative by Ramco Systems to develop global payroll and tax engine as part of global outreach.

As research lead, my responsibility included leading a team of six expert business analysts for conducting detailed research on country specific payroll, tax and statutory rules, settings and various parameters and bringing them into the product fold. Responsibility also included conceptualizing and authoring an implementation enabler for specific country’s payroll and tax.

As part of this initiative, I am also part of a high-profile team comprising core functional and technical members that aim to integrate the feature rich enterprise product with popular cloud product.

Gulf Petrochem FZC, Sharjah, UAEGulf Petrochem FZC based in Sharjah, UAE is one of the leading producers of petroleum products in the region having multiple businesses in Oil Refining, Grease Manufacturing, Oil Trading, Storage Terminals and Leasing. The company has global presence having operations across Middle East and APAC regions. Gulf Petrochem had a pressing requirement to automate its operations integrating various business functions.

My role in the project as Senior Business Analyst included requirement study of HCM operations on-site in Sharjah UAE, solution definition and documentation.

6. GE India Payroll, General Electric, CT, USAGeneral Electric in India is operating with 41 business entities. Every entity was handling their payroll either outsourced or in-house with various service providers. One of the major tasks for the functional team is to study all unique practices of entities and provide solution that addresses all requirements. Apart from payroll the scope of project extended towards Employee Self Service, Leave Management, Reimbursements and Flexi Benefit Plan which is practiced by some entities. Flexi Benefit Plan (FBP) is a facility where employees can apportion their salary towards various pay elements.

My role as Senior Business Analyst focuses on study of intricate HR practices of all business entities including the FBP practice and bringing them onto one single platform including obtaining a buy-in on the proposed solution from major stake-holders of the respective entities as well.

This Institute was entrusted with the responsibility of management, evaluation and imparting training to the Water User Associations which were established in the year 1999 aimed at encouraging local governance and peoples’ participation. The project required evaluating for the first time, the performance of 2,072 WUAs falling under Major and Medium projects in Andhra Pradesh.

The final presentation was done in the presence of the then Chief Minister N. Chandra Babu Naidu in a convention of the presidents of all Water Users Associations across the state.Responsibilities:
