When youth are struggling with problem behaviors, it is important to recognize that their struggles are multidimensional and can stem from a variety of influences. Through The Village’s Multisystemic Therapy (MST) program, we recognize the relationship between these influences and work to help youth ages 12-18 make the changes they need to live healthy, productive lives. MST is a scientifically proven intervention to at-risk youth that promotes behavioral shifts in their environments, focusing on the strengths of the individual, family and extra-familial systems to promote positive change. The program uses a strengths-based systemic approach to reduce delinquency, substance use and improve family functioning and educational/vocational performance. Services include: Intensive in-home clinical services Assessment Case management Crisis intervention (including 24/7 on-call support) Treatment and discharge planning We accept Medicaid, most commercial insurance and self-pay. No one will be denied service based on inability to pay. Referrals Referrals are received through Juvenile Probation, Department of Children and Families, community organizations, or self-referral. Cuando los jóvenes se ven inmersos en conductas problemáticas, es importante reconocer que sus dificultades son multidimensionales y pueden provenir de una variedad de influencias.

A través del programa de terapia multisistémica de The Village, reconocemos la relación entre estas influencias y trabajamos para ayudar a los jóvenes de 12 a 18 años a realizar los cambios que necesitan para vivir vidas saludables y productivas.

La terapia MST es una intervención científicamente probada para jóvenes en riesgo que promueve cambios de conducta en sus entornos, centrándose en las fortalezas de los sistemas individuales, familiares y extrafamiliares para incentivar un cambio positivo.

El programa utiliza un enfoque sistémico basado en fortalezas para reducir la delincuencia, el uso de sustancias y mejorar el funcionamiento familiar y el desempeño educativo/vocacional. Los servicios incluyen:

• Servicios clínicos intensivos en el hogar• Evaluación• Gestión de casos• Intervención en caso de crisis (incluido el servicio de
