    In just 48 hours, an entrepreneur has

    constructed a 10-floor building in Mohali, a

    suburban town in Punjab.

    The red and gre facade building- !Instacon

    stood tall on an industrial plot in Mohali, 10

    "ilo#etres fro# $handigarh

    %ithin 48 hours, all the 10 floors of the building

    were in place e&en though the glass-panes on

    the windows and other fittings inside were still

    being put b the wor"ers and engineers.

    The building used pre-fabricated #aterial,

    including '00 tones of steel.

    This is the first building of its "ind in the

    countr to be built in just 48 hours. The #odel

    has been cleared for (one-) seis#ic area, thehighest ris" area *for earth+ua"es.

    The #aterial being used was #anufactured in

    the past two #onths .
