MULTIPRESS ECO is a high quality, well built and reliable model. The injection process is fully automated to the extent that technician’s role is limited to work in wax, flasking and boiling out. The unit automatically controls the heating and injection stages sounding alerts at every step along the way.

MULTIPRESS machines are compatible with ALL thermoplastic dental materials like polyamide (PA), acrylopolymer (PMMA) and acetal as well as polycarbonate and carbon fibre in the future.

New very efficient actuator yields 30% more power using 30% less air pressure and ensures precise process reproduction and homogeneous polymer structure.

ACRONACRON is a completely new, universal material designed for denture plates. It has been invented as the result of the co-operation of the company of ROKO with scientists preoccupied with polymer chemistry.

The effect of 5 years of scientific research and 2 years of laboratory testing is constituted by the material which combines the advantages of acryl such as stiffness, aesthetics with the resistance and durability of polyamides.

The hybrid structure of ACRON allows for the combination of various contrasting points of view: stiffness and flexibility into a single unity. ACRON is a stiff material and meets the requirements of bio-functionality, at the same time the high module of durability makes it impossible to crack the denture.

The additional available colour „0” is crystal transparent and enables for the execution of translucent clasps as well as denture plates for those suffering from various allergies.

In contrary to the number of other thermoplastic materials the processing and polishing of ACRON constitutes sheer pleasure, the shine effect is simple to obtain and durable.

BIOCETAL unique molecular structure ensures excellent physical and chemical properties. Its key attributes include dimensional stability, resistance to abrasion, strength and bio-compatibility.

Clasps tension may be individually adjusted so that they remain right next to the gum margin improving overall aesthetics of dentures.

VITAPLEXVITAPLEX is a modern thermoplastic polymer that sets a high standard for the full dentures.

VITAPLEX is twice as strong as ordinary acrylics and dentures made from it are unlikely to break by accident. Consequently they can be made more delicate, lighter and more comfortable to wear.

Dense and uniform internal structure of VITAPLEX inhibits growth of bacteria and fungi. The material has low moisture absorption and high colour stability.

Absence of micropores allows VITAPLEX to be polished to a glossy finish, protecting dentures from plaque build up.

Absence of shrinkage in VITAPLEX mouldings ensures that the denture truly replicates the prosthetic field thereby increasing its adhesion and retention. Modern material engineering has practically eliminated polymerization shrinkage (down to 0.2%) as compared to 5% - 7% for typical acrylics.
