On the hearing type, official Zotero stores the committee nameand the authority (legislativeBody) in separate fields.

In CSL-M (in contrast to CSL ) these values are best handled asa single institutional name consisting of multiple parts.The solution is to implicitly catenate the committee andauthority fields when both are used.With luck, Zotero will eventually adopt institutional namerendering, and the two fields can be merged in user data and in theuser interface.

Free Law Project maintains an important database ofparsing data for U.S. case reporters.Free Law Ferret is a Firefox plugin that takes an HTML orplain text document as input, and converts Bluebook casecitations that it contains to MLZ database items. The Ferretrelies on FLP journal abbreviation data.Walverine is a node.js module that takes a plain textdocument as input, and converts Bluebook case citations thatit contains to a set of feature bundles (metadata objects).Walverine is derived from the Ferret.Citation is a module by Eric Mill for the @unitedstatesProject.
