North East ISD Endorsements and Programs of Study 2018-2019 1 Working Document-DRS/CTE 12/19/17 North East ISD students entering 9th grade in 2014 and thereafter, will graduate under the Foundation High School Program (FHSP) with Endorsements and Distinguished Level of Achievement. Below are the five endorsements available and the Programs of Study in each endorsement. The courses in the Programs of Study you select should be used to create your four-year plan for graduation.
