Standard OrdersProduction time for most orders is 10-14 days. During the holiday season this time may be longer. If your order is required by a specific date it must be indicated on the order form so your deadline can be met. Be sure to al-low for shipping time in addition to produc-tion time when calculating delivery.
Rush OrdersRush orders will incur an additional fee of 20% of the total order (with a $25.00 mini-mum fee). Rush orders are completed within 5 full working days from receipt of order, not including shipping time. A rush fee is sepa-rate from and in addition to any expedited shipping charges.
ShippingAll orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail un-less otherwise requested. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge.
Changes & CancellationsThere is a $25 fee for any order cancelled before printing. Completed orders that are cancelled will be charged the full amount of the order.
Payment InformationWe require that accounts keep a current and valid credit card on file. All invoices are payable upon receipt of order and full payment is required on all products before orders are released.
Colors & PaperPlease note that some colors may vary slightly from samples due to the printing process. Muffy Writes A Note cannot guaran-tee paper and printing compatibility with all in-store printer models. If this is your first time ordering our products, we recommend re-questing test samples prior to placing order.

All designs are copyrighted and are the property of Muffy Writes A Note. As a repre-sentative of our products, you agree that you will not copy, print, download or otherwise reproduce any part of our products in any way without written permission. You agree that neither Muffy Writes A Note nor its own-ers shall be liable for any direct, consequen-tial or incidental damages arising out of any aspect of your order, including but not limited to products, printing or delivery. We do not warrant against late deliveries due to shipping delays, manufacturers backorders or color variations. Off the shelf stock is not guaranteed to be compatible with all printer and ink types and/or manufacturers. You agree to allow Muffy Writes A Note to label the reverse side of the product with our logo and/or web site information.
