his Masters in Management is designed to transform understanding of responsible business, leadership and management.

We ask learners: Are you ready to reflect critically on your own leadership capabilities?

On this apprenticeship learners will be encouraged to translate key theories in strategic thinking, research and organisational improvement into the context of their own personal and professional practice, organisation and sector – while also tackling the broader societal and global challenges.

Each module is delivered through expert workshops, tutorials and directed study; via online video, podcasts and discussion forums, and with invaluable contact time with a personal coach – either face-to-face or virtual.

Our apprenticeship facilitates off-the-job learning – it includes online and on-the-job learning, as well as classroom training.

Employers and training providers need to meet a 20% off-the-job training requirement, which we offer advice on hitting.
