The target HR or training zone is the point where you are getting the most health benefits out of exercise.

Predict on your paper what you think your personal highest HR will be and which activity it will come from.

Take HR for 30 seconds at times instructed below. You can choose to click on the heart image to watch the 30 second video clip while taking HR.

Group 1: Record HR before and after you bike

Group 2: Record HR before and after EACH time you complete the course

Group 3: Rotate 1 person as timer. Record HR before and after each 1 minute jump session

Group 4: Record HR before and after each set of 10 reps per activity

Group 5: Record HR before and after each set of 10 reps per activity

Obstacle course is posted in the gymnasium.

If absent use the like provide at the bottom of the slide and perform those activities or activities of your choice. Choose 10 activities to take HR readings from.
