The best kind of the teacher is one who set realistic goals in the short and long term and who gave good quality and timely feedback to the student’s on their performances.

LONG TERM GOAL
SHORT TERM GOALSTo enable the students to;
To understand that air is a mixture of different gases and often mixed with solids and liquids.
Explain that there are oxygen and carbon dioxide present in the air and is important to all living things.
Describe the importance of air and uses of different gases.
Show the percentages of different gases on a pie chat.
Search on internet and find out the uses of compressed air.
Change questioning strategies with the students to promote critical thinking.

Skills : Listening, reading, observing, researching, demonstration.
INSTRUCTIONAL STRATEGIES AND TASKS
I will apply known to unknown strategy by asking questions from the students.
I will give demonstration by showing them empty and inflated balloons.
I will ask children to show percentages in the given pie chart work sheet.
I will take students to the computer lab and ask them to search and find out the uses of compressed air.
I will ask children to write the uses of different gases on the internet.
They will complete the written work in their notebooks.

Students will get hyper while doing the demonstration

Will give the time limit and incentives to those who completes the task on time.
Will divide the class into two groups, one group in the ICT lab working on their task while the other group sitting in the class will complete their record sheet.
